SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Delivery Time

Orders received will be processed and shipped out on next day. The delivery will take place within 1 -3 working days via GD Express. We also will take into consideration of products availability and will advise accordingly if any delayed in delivery time.

If order containing back order product, we will be shipping together with the ready stock product. Back order normally will be shipped out within 4 to 6 weeks (Working Day Only), once we received from our manufacturing factory.

Please take note that we do not ship to P.O. Box Address.

Calculating Cost

We do not profit from shipping. Your shipping cost will be exactly the same as we are charged by whichever shipping company is used to deliver your package. Whereby currently we only engage GD Express for delivery. Shipping costs will be calculated on the website automatically during Checkout based on the weight of the items you are purchasing.

GD Express is charging base on your shipping address postcode within Malaysia. And the delivery cost will increase base on weight of the shipment.

International Shipping

We do shipped internationally via FedEx. Shipping cost will be calculated based on the shipping weight at the check-out page.

Estimate Delivery Time

Asia – 1 to 3 days

Europe – 2 to 5 days

US & Rest of the world – 3 to days

* shipping fees does not covered the custom duty & tax imposed by the destination country custom.
** additional days is needed for area out from major cities. Where you can check estimate delivery time base on the tracking provided at fedex.com

For Any Disputes

We do not entertain any disputes or complain after you received your shipment & past 180 days. Any disputes or complain past during this period is consider invalid.

For Product Notification

We do let customer know via our email on the status of the product that has defects, out of stock or any other situation that may encounter. If customer do not respond with in 180 days period, all the option provided will be consider as void & invalid.

For the back order product, it may also subjected for out of stock due to the lack of raw materials. We will notified customer with in 3-6 weeks times if there is any unforeseen circumstance that we might face by the production team.

Return & Exchange Policy

Product sold are not entitle for refund unless it meet the below following condition.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, label still attached & not washed.

For any return request that fall under the below category will not be considered.

* Color of products may varies due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of color variation in real product as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter. Exchanges due to this reason will be charged a processing fee.

* There might be 1cm-3cm differences in the measurements given due to the different stretchable quality of the material. Please do check the measurements given in our products and compare with your existing dresses for best fit. Otherwise please email us your stats to gauge your best fit. Exchange for this reason will not be entertain.

* For printed items, the prints may vary in terms of symmetry/alignment/slight color patches for each piece and return due to this reason is not considered a defect.

To complete your return, we require a receipt, proof of purchase or order number. Do contact us via the Live Chat at the lower right bottom or via our Facebook Page, the Yours_Clothing 21 Support Team will be gladly to assist you. For return shipment that didn’t manage to notify us, we will keep for 180 days & will be considered void after 180 days.

 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If the product do not have any defects, we only will refund the product actual value and does not include the original shipping fees.

Refunds in the form of cash voucher are not exchangeable to cash. Please choose the option correct.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Wrongly Order Product (not applicable)

Wrongly Order Product or Accidentally Order Product reason will not be entertained. Customer is responsible to check their order summary in the Cart Page & Check Out Page before proceeding to make payment.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at yoursclothing38@gmail.com and send your item to:

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over RM100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
